Fashion Warehouse is a Fashion Designing Studio, designing Indian Clothes for all sizes and specializing in Plus sizes.

|Fashion Warehouse is based in Bangalore, India. Fashion Warehouse through its online operations provides a worldwide service for shopping customize Indian clothing.
3. Where are the products sourced from?
All the products are designed and made in Fashion Warehouse’s own Studio.
4. How soon can you deliver?
Every product on our portal has a specific delivery time, which is mentioned on the respective page. For products that need customization the delivery time is 15-30 days from the day of receiving measurements. We generally need 10 working days for products which do not need customization,
(if this is not possible, we will deliver as soon as we can).

The prices are inclusive of cost of product (However there is additional proportionate charge for plus sizes), service charge and all taxes pertaining to India. Shipping is free. However some countries may charge taxes and duties from the recipients. This is not in our control.
7. Where can you deliver?
We deliver to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Switzerland and other parts of the world networked by courier companies.
8. How do I know that delivery is complete?
We send you an e-mail informing you that your order has been shipped along with the shipping details.
9. Are the items delivered as per the display on the Web Pages?
The items delivered will be as per the display, however there may be a 10-15% variation in color and design due to lighting used during photggraphy and different sizes.
10. What if you don't deliver or deliver late?
Fashion Warehouse shall make every effort to deliver on time. Delayed deliver can only happen due to forces beyond our control such as customs and flight delays. In the circumstances beyond our control we request our customers to co-operate. Another common reason this happens is when the recipient
is not at home, or his/her address has changed. We will cooperate with you to rectify this situation if it does occur.
11. What if the recipient's address is wrong or no longer stays there?
We will inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us to change the receiver's address within 24 hrs, of receiving
our message, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made.
12. What if I have to cancel my order?
All orders placed can be cancelled within 12hrs from the time of placing the order. However, incase if the ordered item is already shipped they cannot be cancelled or refunded.
13. What is your Refund Policy?
Customer may cancel an order without giving any reasons within 12 hours. Fashion Warehouse Refund Policy will govern any
cancellation subsequent to this. There will be no Refund for products already dispatched. No Refund and Returns will be entertained for products that
require customized tailoring, however if any alterations are required we will do it. The cost of the courier for sending the product back for alterations should be borne by the customer. Refund for order of other items will be at the discretion of Fashion Warehouse on the status of the order. If a refund is possible,
an Administrative charge/Credit card processing and refunding charge of 10% of order value or 20 USD, whichever is higher will be deducted from the
amount payable to the customer. All customer service related issues are handled in Bangalore, India.
